The VISÃO Collective is an experiential creative agency with expertise in Interior Design, Event Production and Marketing. We are looking for an incredible part-time unicorn to join our team. This Account Manager will collaborate on all company projects/accounts, from events to interiors to marketing and ensure that things are documented and running smoothly. Although great organization skills are a must, creativity is also an important quality. At The VISÃO Collective we pride ourselves on Collaboration. RESPONSIBILITIES 

Event Management:

  • Assist clients in executing their event vision at VISÃO partner venues.

  • Create event ROS to ensure all vendors and staff are well informed of clients desired event flow.

  • Attend any necessary event meetings to ensure you are well informed of all event details. 

  • Execute event sales tasks including but not limited to: venue tours, contracts, client coordination and communication. 

  • Opportunities to be on-site as you’d like. Where you would be the client's day of on-site contact for any assistance they may need.

  • Coordinate with all necessary vendors to ensure a smooth vendor delivery, set-up, service and breakdown. 

  • Ensure the event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur on site. 

  • Oversee and assist in set-up, break down or clean up that is needed while on-site. 

  • Ensure the venue is locked and secure after the event concludes. 

  • Analyze the event’s success and prepare a report.

Interiors

  • Answer any inquiries and set initial design meetings 

  • Attend and/or lead design meetings, as needed

  •  Collaborate with the team on client design projects

  • Manage project selections by keeping record of any selections, next steps or follow-up action items.

Marketing

  • Assist with internal and client ideation of concepts. 

  • Execute needed content capture while on site.

  • Attend client meetings, as needed.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS 

  • Proven experience in the design, hospitality or service industry.

  • A passion for Interior Design, Event Design/Production and/or Marketing.

  • Skilled in project management.

  • Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office, G- Suite and can quickly learn Perfect Venue Software.

  • Outstanding communication.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • A knack for problem-solving.

  • Customer-service orientation.

  • A team player with leadership skills.

  • AA/BS/BA in hospitality, marketing, interior design or a related field is preferred.

  • This role is 1099 and can consist of up to 40-60 hours a month.

  • The role is predominantly remote.

  • Weekend and weekday availability is a must. 

  • A computer and reliable transportation are needed.
